Works phenomenal in the UP of Michigan (houghton county). On my property, I have extremely low nitrogen. Typical application for me, I’ll seed the entire plot with primary, ie white rage or climatize, Then I will seed this over that in some sort of “maze” pattern to slow down dear movement. I am hunting on 25 acres with a fair amount of neighbors, works excellent to keep the deer moving slowly on a small piece of property preventing the neighbors from getting the shot off. Typical height the first season I planted was 7′ w/o soil correction
